Based at the beautiful new yoga studio YWJ in Cheadle, Stockport. Learn basic Modern Meditation techniques so you can develop your own practice. We will explore transformation, change transforming habits, intention setting, dedication to intentions, slowing down, directing attention, being comfortable with the uncomfortable, visioning and more... Each week we explore a different theme. Starting with the mantra...
