I am so excited to introduce new monthly Modern Meditation classes at Cartlands Tearoom in the heart of Kings Heath Park, Birmingham. The evening will be an intentional pause —a monthly pause to relax, reflect, restore balance, and take care of you.

Learn simple Modern Meditation techniques and develop a practice that works for you. ​Last Thursday of the month*.
