Pregnancy Yoga One-to-One Courses in the Comfort of Your Own Home

A time and space for you to connect to your changing body and growing baby ~ and cultivating loving kindness!  Finding openness, spaciousness, comfort and ease during pregnancy in body, breath and mind. Prenatal yoga suitable for beginners and from 16 weeks pregnant.

 

To ensure a safe practice I offer pregnancy classes in-person only, offering locally in South Birmingham.
